Original antique Victorian trade card advertising C. L. Jones and Co. Tulip Soap. The front features a colorful chromolithographed scene of two horses looking out from a stable window, surrounded by a decorative floral border.
This card is copyright dated 1881 by Ph. Ciels and is a strong example of nineteenth century advertising ephemera. The horse imagery and bright floral design give it excellent display appeal for collectors of antique advertising and animal themed paper.
