This original divided back postcard shows the New Hotel at Cooperstown in New York overlooking Otsego Lake. Built in 1908 by Edward S Clark and Stephen C Clark, the structure appears in a detailed architectural view with its grand portico, tall columns, and landscaped grounds. The card is postmarked May 10 from Cooperstown and includes a one cent Benjamin Franklin stamp. Light toning and normal age wear.
