This is a set of eight early twentieth century postcards featuring the Sedlec Ossuary, also known as the Bone Church, in Kutna Hora, Czech Republic. These striking cards highlight the dramatic interior of the chapel including the famous bone chandelier, the Schwarzenberg coat of arms constructed from human bones, and the towering bone pyramids that make the ossuary world renowned.

The postcards show typical age wear such as corner rubbing and toning, but overall present very well. All eight are authentic vintage cards, not reproductions. Sets of this size and consistency are uncommon and make a strong addition to collections of Gothic architecture, European religious art, or macabre historical imagery.

Condition
Normal age wear with corner rubbing and light toning. No severe creases or major defects.
