Spirit of St. Louis Ryan Monoplane
Vibrant chrome postcard depicting the historic Spirit of St. Louis, the Ryan monoplane flown by Charles A. Lindbergh during his 1927 nonstop solo transatlantic flight from New York to Paris.
The aircraft is displayed at the National Air and Space Museum, Smithsonian Institution. Lindbergh completed the flight in 33 hours and 32 minutes at an average speed of 122 mph.
